2011 couldn't start better for Exitalia as far as Conferences Organization is concerned. March has involved the starting point in the new season calendar with celebration in Albacete of XI National Congress of Neuro-raquis, from Sociedad Española de Cirugía Vertebral y Medular.

Promoters of this event have been doctors Vicente Calatayud, Juan Campos, Houssam Fardoun, David Pinilla and Hernán Sandoval. Exitalia has been the company in charge of organization and working, supporting technical secretary of Halcón Viajes.

The even, which brougth together one hundred of doctors experts in spine from Spain and abroad, started last March 9th in Caja Castilla La Mancha auditorium with one pre-congress day, followed up by two symposium days with different conferences, round tables, etc. Along these days, Exitalia provided simultaneous interpretation service (English-Spanish, Spanish-English), hostess and auxiliary staff service, as much as catering service.

Another challenge for Exitalia comes from VI Congreso Nacional de Evaluación de Impacto Ambiental (VI National Congress for evaluating environmental impact), which will be hold on April, 6th, 7th and 8th in Edificio Polivalente of Albacete campus. This time, Exitalia will be in charge of the Press Office, writing press releases, managing interviews, press clipping, etc. Without any doubt, a great responsability work for our Press department due to complexity involved in a Congress organized in several thematic areas, with an activity programm that includes conferences, round tables, discussions and about one hundred communications.

This congress, organized by Asociación Española de Evaluación de Impacto Ambiental (EIA) (Environmental Impact Evaluation Spanish Association), along with Universidad de Castilla La Mancha (UCLM), Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Medio Rural y Marino and Junta de Comunidades de Castilla La Mancha, will be opened by Environmental Minister, Rosa Aguilar, and Castilla La Mancha President, José María Barreda.
