Carmen Oliver Jaquero, Mayor of Albacete and president of the Third Centenary Foundation, signed on 6 November 2008 with Rafael Santiago Lara Jávega and representatives Exitalia of Events, a new cooperation agreement for the development of activities and commemoration of the Centennial III.
