CSR
Social commitment and responsibility to our environment
At Exitalia, we understand Corporate Social Responsibility as a continuous commitment to people, the community, and the environment in which we operate.
We believe in a way of doing business where values are transformed into action. That is why we promote initiatives that foster equal opportunities, solidarity, respect for human rights, and social well-being, both in our local environment and on an international level.
Our CSR is developed through different lines of action that reflect our commitment to society.
Social inclusion and job opportunities
We actively collaborate with organizations that work to improve the employability and opportunities of people in vulnerable situations.
In this field, Exitalia has been recognized at the IX Business Recognition Event of the Red Cross Albacete Employment Plan for its collaboration in initiatives aimed at improving access to employment and social inclusion.
Furthermore, we have taken this commitment a step further by becoming a Member Company of the Spanish Red Cross, strengthening our involvement with a global humanitarian network that drives social change through action and continuous commitment.
Childhood and equal opportunities
We support projects that promote the well-being and development of children.
Among them, our collaboration with the “The Educational Toy” campaign by Cruz Roja Juventud, an initiative that helps guarantee the right to play for children in vulnerable situations, promoting equity and inclusion.
Health and support for the local social fabric
As an Albacete-based company committed to its environment, we support initiatives that contribute to social well-being and the improvement of people's quality of life.
Among them, our collaboration with AMAC (Association of Women Affected by Breast and Gynecological Cancer of Albacete), supporting the development of their new headquarters designed to offer comprehensive rehabilitation, psychological assistance, prevention, and support to those affected.
Human rights and global commitment
At Exitalia, we believe in a corporate culture based on respect for and the promotion of human rights.
That is why we are part of the Amnesty International Friendly Companies network, an initiative that promotes the commitment of the business community to the defense of fundamental rights.
International solidarity and humanitarian action
Our commitment to people transcends the local level.
That is why we collaborate with organizations operating in humanitarian emergency contexts, such as World Central Kitchen, which provides hot meals to communities affected by humanitarian crises in different parts of the world.
We firmly believe that food is a basic human right and that corporate commitment also involves contributing to people's well-being when they need it most.
