Exitalia executes the LATAM 2025 Inbound Trade Mission by ASEBOR
Seven importers from Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Guatemala visited Ribera del Duero as part of the LATAM 2025 Inbound Trade Mission, an initiative organized by ASEBOR and delivered as a turnkey project by Exitalia International Consulting. The goal: to bring the wines of the DO closer to key Latin American markets and open new business opportunities.
Wine, Culture & Opportunities
Over four days, the guests took part in a technical and cultural journey that combined winery visits, tastings, and a B2B showroom. This dynamic allowed them to gain an in-depth understanding of Ribera del Duero’s unique character while establishing direct connections with member wineries.
The program included:
-
Day 1: Bodegas Arroyo, Valparaíso, and Vega Real.
-
Day 2: Avelino Vegas, Finca Rodma, and Montebaco.
-
Day 3: Casa Rojo and Vetusta, followed by the B2B showroom in Peñafiel with eight participating wineries.
In addition to winery visits, the agenda featured cultural activities such as a tour of the Peñafiel Castle, reinforcing the link between heritage, territory, and wine.
A Turnkey Project
Exitalia International Consulting, a consultancy specialized in internationalization and strategic communication for the wine sector, was responsible for designing and executing the initiative in its entirety.
The project was coordinated directly by Yevheniia Tovstyk, Project Manager at Exitalia and expert in international event organization, who oversaw all stages of the program on-site and accompanied the importers throughout their journey in Ribera del Duero.
The consultancy carried out the planning and execution of the mission under a turnkey model, covering:
